How has Corporate & Executive Coaching evolved for G2 Network over the past 25 years?

We frequently find the task we are retained to address is actually a symptom of hidden issues.

Consequently, our initial engagement often becomes a point of departure to a Coaching relationship offering the implemention of long-term tranformation and change.

What is your role with Venture Capital firms?

Our role has evolved over time. Initially it was the VC community that retained our services to bring into position the exectuive teams within startups. Today that work continues with our identification, evaluation and presentation of investment opporunities to the Angel, Industry and Venture Capital organizations.

How can you be expert and contribute in so many areas?

Our core competency is the ability to Coach a company on its unique path over "common ground." The common ground for all companies is the need for funds, leadership, clearly articulated GTM strategies, strategic alliances and partnerships. The G2 team weaves over 100 years of proven successes into a seamless network of combined realtionships, insight and creativity.

How do you assess a client's strengths and weaknesses?

We ask our clients to describe themselves in three sentences. If they cannot, we believe they do not yet have a clear idea of what they have to offer and how they will sell it. After reviewing hundreds of business plans and conducting thousands of interviews, presentations, and negotiations, the G2 team has developed a good sense about what works, what doesn't, and can articulate the difference between the two.
